I value your business and ask you to respect my scheduling policies. Cancellation policy- If you need to cancel please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice will be required to pay 100% service fee. All no show appointments will be required to pay 100% service fee. Rescheduling policy- You will be charged a 50% service fee for any rescheduled appointments that are less than 24 hours notice. Late policy - If you are more than 10 minutes late I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, I will need to charge a cancellation fee. Extra Guest policy - NO extra guest, unless they have a scheduled appointment after yours. This includes children. Thank you.
